Virtual Therapy for Adults Mental Health Support | Expert Trauma Therapy in CT, PA, NJ, DE
Finding a good therapist shouldn’t be complicated.
Healing happens in relationship, not in isolation. Young people today are carrying more than their bodies and nervous systems were designed to hold, from family stress and school pressure to racism, gender expectations, ableism, immigration stress, and systems that were never built with them in mind. My work is to create a space where they don’t have to carry it alone, and where caregivers feel supported in understanding what their child is navigating.
I work with teens and young adults who are facing racial stress, identity questions, trauma, school challenges, family conflict, and the emotional impact of living in a world that isn’t always safe or fair. Many of the youth I support are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, youth of color, first generation students, or young people who feel unseen or misinterpreted in the systems around them.
Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in social justice. We slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and build skills that support emotional regulation, grounding, and connection. I use EMDR, DBT informed strategies, and trauma responsive approaches, but the relationship always comes first. Young people get a real human who listens, reflects, and helps them understand what’s underneath the struggle, including the systemic forces shaping it.
Caregivers get clarity, guidance, and a partner who helps them support their child without replicating harm.
If you’re looking for a space that honors your story, your culture, your identities, and the realities
you’re navigating, whether you’re a young person or a caregiver, you’re in the right place.
