DBT and Mindfulness Skills Training Virtual Group for Adolescents Aged 14 to 18

DBT Skills Group 14 to 18 years: Thursdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm. 

All groups are conducted via Zoom

This group will help adolescents who struggle with poor emotional regulation, inability to tolerate stress, and poor interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness for focus. 

Group members will learn the following:

  • Mindfulness: Being in the moment
  • Distress tolerance: Coping with super strong emotions
  • Emotion regulation: Identifying and managing emotions
  • Interpersonal relationship: Setting boundaries, communicating effectively

This group meets weekly for 24 weeks and is limited to 8 participants. An intake is required to determine if this is the right fit for your child.

Investment: $1080 ($45 per week). Commitment for this group is for the full 24 weeks. Payment plan is available. 

Participants will receive a workbook and diary cards to be brought to session each week.

All participants must also have an individual therapist whether it is with me or an outside therapist!
